Casteam Designs retains the right to display and promote all artwork.

I am committed to your Project! If I cannot complete it, I will issue a full refund.

Turnaround Time is Estimated at 2-3 Weeks, time will vary project to project.

No artwork is allowed to be utilized for NFT’s or AI training.

No offering Mecha, NSFW, or Animal art.

1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms of Service (TOS) govern your use of our art commission services. By submitting a commission request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Commission Process

2.1 Requesting a Commission: Clients may submit commission requests via my Form. Include details such as character description, poses, and background preferences.

2.2 Accepting a Commission: Casteam Designs will reach out to the client via DM or Email discussing Total Payment amount, expectations of the art work, turnaround time, payment, and agreement to begin.

2.3 Payment: Either 100% of the payment upfront is required, or 50% of the payment upfront, and 50% once the artwork is completed. Payments can be made via Paypal invoice using USD.

2.4 Refunds: Before work has begun a full refund can be issued. Once work has begun, refunds will be issued with up to a 100% deduction depending on work completed. Once the work is completed no refund will be issued.

2.5 Communication: At Minimum Casteam Designs will provide the client with a photo WIP update each week until completion of the commission.

2.6 Sketching Phase: Once work has begun Casteam Designs will provide up to 4 thumbnail artworks to provide information about posing, lighting, and atmosphere of the peace. One thumbnail will be chosen to continue into lineart.

2.7 Delivery: Once the artwork has been completed you will be provided a low quality Watermarked version of the artwork. final payment will be taken and the Full quality unwatermarked art will be provided digitally via Email unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties in writing.

3. Rights and Usage

3.1 Client Rights: A Client may use the commissioned artwork for personal use, including social media sharing, profile pictures, and prints for personal display. As the client you are unable to claim ownership, edit, or profit from the artwork.

3.2 Artist Rights: We retain the right to display the completed artwork in our portfolio and promotional materials, including social media.

3.3 Commercial Use: If the client wishes to use the artwork for direct commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise), the client will need to sign a contract with Casteam Designs, and will be up-charged by 300% of the total final price.

3.4 NFT & AI: No artwork produced by Casteam Designs is allowed to be utilized for NFT’s, AI training, or anything similar.

4. Revision Policy

4.1 Clients are entitled to 6 free Thumbnail artworks, and then up to 2 rounds of free revisions before the lineart process. Color palette and placement can be changed up to 12 times, Additional revisions in any area may incur extra charges.

4.2 Once the final artwork is approved and delivered, further alterations will not be accepted.

5. Content Guidelines

5.1 We reserve the right to refuse commissions that involve content deemed offensive, illegal, or in violation of our ethical standards (e.g., hate speech, explicit content, gore, NSFW).

6. Delivery and Timelines

6.1 Estimated completion times will be provided upon confirmation of the commission. We are 100% committed to your artwork and do our best to meet deadlines, however we are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (health or family matters etc..) Regarding any delays Clients will be notified within 48 hours. Clients will be entitled to be financially compensated for any delays over 2 Weeks.

6.2 Completed artwork will be delivered digitally via Email unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties in writing.

7. Fees

7.1 Rush Fee: Any artworks that are wanted sooner then the provided date will be up-charged a 25 -150% rush fee. Commissions that are required within 1 week of accepting the commission will be declined.

7.2 Extra Thumbnail Fee: 1 dollars Per extra thumbnail over the free 6 thumbnails.

7.3 Revision Fee: Any Revisions made after the Lineart Phase will be charged from 4-40 Dollars depending on the degree of the changes requested. Casteam Designs has reserved the right to decline drastic changes.

7.4 Commercial Fee: Clients will need to sign a contract with Casteam Designs, and will be up-charged by 300% of the total final price.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of The United States of America.
